LOUISVILLE, KY — January 24, 2024 – ION today announced that it has appointed Masha Wolfendale as vice president of sales, and Brad Labozzetta and Nickolas Washburn as sales account executives.

Wolfendale has more than 10 years’ experience in real estate and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industries, serving multiple types of clients and properties. She recently served as Account Executive with The Investor Machine, where she helped real estate investors grow their businesses. She also served as vice president acquisitions at Guide Property Services.
Prior to ION, Labozzetta was managing partner for SL Capital Investment GP, where he developed and oversaw an investment portfolio of single family and multi-family assets. He held other land and real estate development positions. Washburn was previously an account executive with MRI Software where he facilitated business for multi-family risk solutions. He also served in sales positions with Paycom and Cushman & Wakefield.
