At the Reserve at Quebec, a 296-unit community in Ft. Worth, Pivotal sought answers for unusually high operating costs and suspected uncontrolled water use as the cause. Following implementation, water consumption dropped 60%, gallons per bedroom per day fell from 207 to 47, and the property achieved ION’s optimal 10% water waste benchmark. With improved leak visibility and maintenance efficiency, Pivotal now anticipates more than $275,000 in annualized savings at this single property.
