Galway Sustainable Capital, an affordable housing operator in Washington, DC, faced some of the highest water rates in the country and needed a scalable solution to control usage and costs across its portfolio. After reviewing water bills at the Horizon property, ION Water identified an average of 86 gallons per bedroom per day, driven largely by hidden waste.
